Yes, they've been at it again. The Southern Highlands Single Malt Appreciation Society held its AGM just after Brigadoon at the MacTardis (our recycled telephone box) with a record nosing of fine single malts. Alison Price was elected secretary - a tribute to her sobriety - while Mike Dunne took on the role of Master of the Low Wines. Expounding on the quality of the malts, our aficionados spoke of "Heather Elixir" and "Malted Magic", the descriptions were becoming more colourful as the precious liquids receded. All look forward to more appreciation next year
